Working with the Creative Director, I searched the CIFAR office for a perfect place for the new portraits to be taken of President & CEO of CIFAR - Dr. Alan Bernstein, and Board member, Barbara Stymiest.

I practiced different lighting setups and different backdrops with various stand-ins to ensure my limited time with our subjects would be productive.

We shot some different poses, and decided these were the most on-brand: friendly and approachable, but also in a location that highlighted the work and innovation that went on at the organization.

I cleaned up the photos in Photoshop, and these are the final images!
